Phase II

The second phase of Lost River (which is made up of the residential lots in Lost River Fifth Addition) is under construction with an estimated completion date of October 2020.

Lost River Fifth Addition

By popular demand, Lost River is kicking off construction of its second phase in the spring of 2020, with an estimated final completion date of October 17, 2020. This phase adds over 160 residential lots ranging from 5,600 square feet to 32,400 square feet, wooded lots that back up to "Lost River," an abandoned channel of the Sheyenne River. Lots in Phase II can be placed under contract, but the seller will not require the buyer to close until after the lots are buildable.

This phase adds 8 beautification lots on which landscaping will be constructed, and landscaping around a public orchard near the stormwater pond, which orchard was originally built by the boy scouts under a grant offered by the State of North Dakota.
